Your modal background (.modal-backdrop) is not filling the entire screen. On my screen it only fills half. Something broke there, that part of Bootstrap is supposed to just work.
Your container wrapper is also not filling the screen, so your subscribe button is hovering around in the middle of my screen instead of at the bottom.
I’d probably center align that subscribe button to even things out.
Logo is too much. Too many colors.
Sometimes, a countdown and subscribe is not enough. Get more sections in there. About, services etc.
Text shadow on headline isn’t working with this look.
Remove the box shadows from the social media icons.
Try for different color palette. Something lighter, or more pastel
You need a different countdown.
This design is generally just outdated.
Check out already approved templates.
No – why do you need my actual name?
I type that stuff out. I use visual studio.
I love indenting and writing everything myself. I’ve never heard of a program that does that for you – for custom stuff that is.
Your code is not really the problem but,
You have inline styles everywhere. Why dont you use classes?
Reference your scripts at the bottom of the page.
Besides that – it comes down to ‘is it pretty enough’ and right now, yours isn’t there yet

Ignore css validation. Bootstrap’s css doesn’t even validate.
And I’m guessing pricing is determined on the amount of features your template/theme has. I really don’t know, the reviewers decide that. Maybe there’s a thread about it somewhere
But they will not tell you why your item was rejected
Support isn’t a product: how/when i answer tickets and whether i decide to invest 1h in solving an issue which only affects a single buyer is no envato business.
Nobody owns my time nor can sell it for a fixed price and keep a cut of it.I’m gonna say it right and clear: regardless all the rules and deadlines, i will continue to give support the way i always had.
