Some time ago we started a small design team for Graphicriver, we have now started our own agency and it is in full build mode right now, working on the technical aspects. So! we want to expand our dealings to other marketplaces starting with Themeforest.

Our progress so far has been about 1200 sales in roughly 6 months with the first 9 items.

I agree with tovio, the icons are to detailed and this makes them look old fashioned, if you take a look at the current icon category you will see that most of the icons are simple and stylish, try going more towards that direction.

Also try making the preview image more attractive.

There are some things you can do, crop it off course, be sure to ‘save it for web’ and choose the right settings. Always make sure that if you have a picture and you want to save it as is that the canvas size of the photoshop file is the same as the picture you are trying to save.

Well your item is not bad at all, it’s pretty good but imo i would change some minor things, i don’t really like the ‘pocket’ on his left (your right) it doesnt fit well with the rest of the character. Also, not all icons on his chest are that good for instance the question mark on the large char. it could be better and it’s not centered.

Another thing could possibly be to make the preview image a little bit more attractive.

It would be helpfull if you could post your submission so we all know which logo you are talking about?

i just submitted a new item and am still having the same ‘thing’, after 8 hours it’s still at 2%

maybe there are many uploads because of the time of year or vacations but it probably won’t stay like this anyway

Well i am not sure, there is a good chance you have to change something purely for your own gains because usually a logo a regular logo license is more expensive than the items your have put the logo in.

Why would anyone buy a license for that logo of 25/30 bucks when they can get it including a flyer for 6/10 bucks.

It might off course work if you did not include any resizable version of the logo in the flyer/banner otherwise its pretty useless.
