@wilsonkasim – You cannot “fix” the HTML template to work as WordPress theme. They are different. Generally, the HTML template includes only plain HTML (or PHP) files and there is no backend to add/edit the content. And, it is not working with WordPress.

While the theme is like “skin” of WordPress. It includes a set of specific PHP files that works with WordPress.

If you would like to use the HTML template as WP theme, you would need to either manually code it yourself, or, find the WP version of that template (you can ask the template author if s/he also has WP version).

@mimbee17 – Although it is recommended that the theme should be responsive today but, as far as I know, that’s not a requirement. So it would depend on the theme author whether to make it responsive.

As I checked the “style.css” of the theme, its name is “Hypeness”. You can check out the items on this category for the blogging theme: http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/blog-magazine . You might be able to find something similar and fit your requirements.

@Gareth – Thanks, got it on the reselling point!

So to make sure that I understand it correctly. Supposed there is a kind of learning management system theme. If the site that uses the theme needs the visitors to register (subscribe) with payment first in order to access the learning courses, it is necessary to have the Extended license. Am I correct?

Hello,

After reading on the Licenses page, I am still not sure what can be the end product from the use of the item with Extended License.

Could you guys give me some clear examples to the use of Extended License of the HTML template and WP theme (the item)? What kind of the end product must be? It doesn’t mean that the buyer could totally customize it and resell on somewhere else right?

Thanks!
