On the HTML Section, rule number 2 and number 7 are the same thing, maybe someone should correct that.
Awesome guys, thanks a ton.
It would be a pretty cool feature if we could have an Item Description Sandbox.
Before updating the item description, it would be nice to check first what it will look like.
What do you guys think ?
Just came across with the idea who might be the owner of username “Themeforest” and actually it responds with an 404 page not found.http://themeforest.net/user/themeforest
Than tried to create an user with that username but the system tells me that username already exists.
Just wondering which is the list of usernames which Themeforest banned.
PS : There is an username GOD http://themeforest.net/user/god and most of the public registration systems contains a blacklist with usernames you can’t have.
Why don’t you give a shot at WordPress new feature, External Themes Auto Update.
There is a hook “pre_set_site_transient_update_themes” where you can pass data and than WordPress will know if should update this theme or not, and if yes where to Download the File.
I think the community these days is angry as it was never before.
On lot of themes I see a description like : The last theme you have to buy. This is the end of all creative themes. Other themes are dead with this one.
I think on top of everything we are a community here, so we don’t have to make this kind of marketing, and Themeforest should review this also.
PS : If you think that was the best theme ever, than why don’t you sell it by your own, and leave us community authors selling our themes together.
+n for starting this thread.
We recently deleted a theme of us, and this was for the first time.
So authors who deleted some of their themes, do you still support those themes even though updates on those themes are impossible since it is not located on Downloads tab anymore.
