^ There are easy solutions for this. If a thread title contains combination of words like “baba” + “love” just block it from posting. Also if thread title has phone numbers (10 digits), then block it.
If I remember correctly, the love baba spams are coming here for years.
Guys, please, there is no need to argue! Please give feedback on what things you need should be improved about the review process and I’ll pass it on! Arguing does not solve anything nor does it bring suggestions or solutions to this matter.
I think valuable feedbacks will always happen on threads where only single issue pointed/realized and multiples solutions shared. But with this thread, the situation is different.
Why not moderator call those spam phone numbers and ask directly the marriage specialist / black magic baba to stop this

My question is, if I sell my file’s here on the marketplaces, and I will recive any kind income from Envato, is Envato reporting this to our gorverments that we are getting anykind of income from Envato(think of Envato letting the goverments know that we use paypal, payoneer etc) or do we have to declaire this income our selfs?
Should declare/report ourselves. I guess that’s how at least income tax systems work everywhere.
If you are new author, better get advice from your local tax consultant on this.
Enabled saidAnd likewise, if I bring you information about how an author is on top of their game, but is still rejected, you’d still side with the reviewer and automatically assume it’s an issue with the author.
Regarding the reviewers, I think even if I bring you a decree showing that reviewers are actually up to date with standards, you still wouldn’t believe me, so I’m just going to stop explaining this over and over again!
This is why we can’t generalize the activities of authors as well as reviewers. The “one size fits all” approach is easy to manage, hard to satisfy. This is where Envato have to improve, not just on review process but everything.
For example, instead of expecting one thread to solve all the issues / misunderstandings, staffs should do extra bit and clean up on individual threads with proper answers. Doesn’t mean forum is dedicated for this but just respond on crucial threads ONLY. If staffs can’t sense which threads, issues are crucial for authors / members, it means you are isolated from the community – that’s where problem starts. Simple.
Don’t think anyone is blaming Travis personally. Mistakes happen. I’m blaming the system. For something serious like disabling an account it’s worth questioning why that there isn’t a confirmation like “Are you sure you want to disable this user?” because it freezes their income.
(This is not offtopic)
The better approach would be the system needing 2 different staffs/reviewers to approve disabling item or account. Because with 1 staff, human error can happen even with 3 level confirmation system. Once they miss something before 1st confirmation, the 2nd and 3rd will happen as blind hit. No matter it is tablet or desktop.
Staffs should understand that the situation is similar to your boss just hitting a random button and your job lost in next second and you wait outside the office for 1 week or until receiving a phone call from office (and no salary for that). I say this because many items lose its continued sales potential if disabled for 1 week or even 1-2 days.
