Last December my sales dropped by %18 than November.
Wish you all high sales level but keep in mind this month is the one where sales drop the most. all new authors do not have to panic… this is normal. our customers take holidays and we should also.
when sales drop this is time for us to rest and prepare for the coming new year

I don’t think you should worry about this month drop and also expect that October will not change a lot than this month.
here are my last year stats where sales dropped for August and October but November was the best month

This is an issue for a long time but I guess there’s nothing we can’t do right now. Also eventhough we can reply to the rating that doesn’t solve it because the buyer didn’t contacted you in the first place ( in which he can) means he doesn’t want your support! and not planning to get it fixed.
Exactly, Most buyers think we can reply to what they will write because this is logical and well-known at almost all other services they use like Fiverr,Freelancer .. etc
The buyer also may not contact the author because he think that the item itself is the problem and it can not do what he intended to do with it
as example the last bad review I got the buyer wrote that “The demo video is a lie” thinking that the plugin can not get the job done although the problem which was described by him was due to wrong configuration.
When I hover one line on the chart representing one day sales it shows the sum of sales this day ignoring the change
i.e for example if there were two sales in this day one for $2.30 and another with $2.10 value
the expected shown amount is (2.30 + 2.10 ) which is 4.40 . it displays 4.00 instead.

Every bunch of days, I get new 1 star ratings with a review from buyers on a Wordpress plugin that proves that they are doing something wrong and so this is not the plugin fault that they did not get satisfied
+ these buyers didn’t contact with me with any mean i.e no comment / no PM or a support ticket.
once you find one of these reviews you wish you can reply the author and tell him what to do to get things going
but unfortunately you have nothing to do than watching this wrong feedback and hope less future buyers will do these faults again
but because this is a nature of people that we mistake our wish will never come true.
The solution is simple which is a comment box.
in a regular awake developer terms, this takes no more than 20 minutes work to implement.
