No offence, but are you kidding? The only similarity I can see is between iMac screens and it’s only because both are placed in this same proportion.
I think also, but I’d ask support to clarify this case. As far as I know there’s no problem with giving PSD template for free in own site and selling same template as HTML / WordPress theme here.
Good idea is take a fee for customizations and hire someone to do custom work for ThemeForest customers and take e.g. 30% of earrings, but on the other hand if that person would do his job poorly… there’s big probability that customer will give poor rating on ThemeForest.
Absolutely, well attended customer is a happy customer.
@iHelp, does 5 stars rating really have influence on sales in Avada’s case? It’s pretty interesting.
I’m asking to rate an item (via email / private ticket on support forum) if customer sorted out his question with my help. In this case everyone are really gratefully and give 5 stars immediately.
I’m sure that for a few days there will be other copies of your template. There’s no good protection for HTML templates. WordPress themes are little safer, because even if any has illegal copies, those copies can be of an old version without e.g. compatibility with WordPress 3.5.
Fighting with piracy copies of our themes doesn’t make sense.
Sure thing, not receiving any notice in this case is just weird.
It’s really strange, perhaps buyer got refund of an Extended License and that’s why your withdrawal was rejected, but it’s unprofessional.
