I don’t support IE7 anymore from my last release (Nevia) and I don’t care about missing CSS3 effects in IE8, but it’s yours choice. If you still want to support IE7, my condolences.
Modernizr doesn’t provide scripts that will add itself CSS3 support for an old browsers. In this case modernizr only detects what classes browser doesn’t support.

In my honest opinion “free” word is a bit misleading at first sight.
It’s nice concept but could be better if customers would have opportunity to give us (optional) feedback while rating. It was mentioned in this thread topic as I remember.
OMG this is crazy… we have been building a wordpress boilerplate that is strictly based on one of the CC plugins and we have bought an extended license for this plugin but we will be able to use this only for one theme?! This is madnes… two months of work thrown away… Thank You!
If you bought plugin before licensing update then you can use it without author permission, with old rules. For more informations read whole thread. Pozdrowionka.
