If support could help in any way, here’s ticket ID – 71294. Thanks.
Sometimes people get facts wrong and buy HTML instead of WordPress release however they don’t rate templates because of their mistake, but this is a daisy:
Extra comments from the buyer:Always disappointed by these websites that appear as Wordpress customisable and then you discover you just bought a HTML version, so not Wordpress compatible, Not transparent!!!
There’s simple solution – themes without several dozen demos should be cheaper.
I couldn’t agree more. I understand including a few but not several dozen demos. How to compete with that?
I’m looking forward to cases where customer will choose freelancer (from microlancer) to make logo, web design or any other stuff instead of buying it on marketplaces.
In elite author package there’s a t-shirt with an elite logo so no one else than elite authors shouldn’t have it however you’re right and there should be an alternative for deserved users (still not for everyone). That’s my point of view.
Vasterad saidJust to share my experience with Asmallorange: since many elite authors described ASO as a great service I tried their VPSes, almost the same configuration I had (and still have) with JaguarPC (and the same I had before with Servint): Pingdom reported 3 downtimes in less than 48 hours and tons of errors due to the RAM, the worst experience ever.
Average daily stats:
1000 unique visitors, 80k hits, 1.95 GB data transferI’m using VPS from asmallorange.com
I had “5 minutes” downtimes every few days, but after I sent ticket to technicians and they fixed it.
