For me the pencil is not so realistic and doesn’t merge well with a background.

Actually with these screen shots I can’t see all small things to give you some advices but in general this design looks very nice for me!
P.S.: I can’t choose the best theme from them

I usually set my PSD file to 1100×1000 and then keep my main design to 960pix
I really don’t know any people who use lower resolution than 1024×768 and for me it’s standard size.
