Unfortunately, there’s one major flaw in this whole plan – you’re assuming customers are willing to read. My experience tells me they are not. Hence, no matter what we do they’ll do things their way; expect support on comments, send emails to random addresses …. and when they don’t get an answer get angry and vengeful.
You can only get your email, not the customer’s.
I can confirm this bug. It’s at least 5 days old. I’ll constrain myself from leaving rude comments but … it’s really sad ….
It takes some time, more than a little, less than a lot.

We really need some rules to ban these kind of posts. They clutter the forums. I believe it’s extremely rude not to use the search function before posting.
