Same old and nothing new. It has been seen dozens of times before mate. Overflowing even, with templates just like yours. Try to be revolutionary.
It looks rough, looks unfinished, as if you completed the actual layout then rushed it out forgetting the tiny little details like the spacing between the navigation menu items, some have bigger gaps than others. Margins around images, there are non. You need to take a look at the little details and refine it.
p.s. – You should see what happens when McDonald’s puts onions on my cheeseburger when I ask for none.
You got your dummy back then? waaah waaah waah lol.
I read every contract fully, It is not at all difficult to read if you spent 10 minutes actually doing so. A basic grasp of english is all you need, really.
And, it is horrendous in Safari.
Cheers for your feedback guys, I really appreciate it.
I’ll be checking that contact form thing out, I am using WuFoo form designers in case you want to check that out, i recommend them.
My girlfriend shouted at me for throwing up all the posts so quickly, and some with typos but the way I see it, it’ll get crawled quicker and I can spend my time doing the stuff I enjoy lol. Thanks again.
If you don’t enjoy it, why bother? lol
Like it but if you drag the contact form down too far it gets stuck behind something and you can no longer enter your email or submit.
I’m using IE the latest version here and every envato site works tip top.
html template? I’m going to be honest and say, I don’t really understand what you are going for with this template? it has fake comment boxes and stuff? what exactly is this template? a html that someone could possibly convert to wordpress?
It just seems a bit rushed, rough around the edges etc, it’s a good concept but isn’t consistent quality wise just yet
I like the idea but keep in mind that lots of these scripts, plugins, apps, etc. are essentially free around the web. It’s really hard to copyright a basic script too so if someone bought your script, changed it a little and made it available for free then you would loose out.
If they did start selling stuff like this they would probably be in the $1-$8 range tops. A full WordPress theme usually has multiple scripts, plugins, etc. included and those are less than $40.Plus, the way the web community is right now is more focused on open source. I would rather see a new forum category with some sticky’ed posts that has a library of scripts, plugins, etc. freely available for authors, etc. I think that would really help authors here to build themes/templates with better effects, options, etc.
Why would they ask someone with no experience in webdesign to redesign their political website?
Isn’t that the whole point of ThemeForest, so that someone with very little web design experience can still have a good looking website? Campaigns are run on volunteers.
For which template to actual use, thats hard to tell. Also at graphicriver there is a nice campaign button http://graphicriver.net/item/campaign-button-grunge-background/31456
My comment wasn’t critiquing his lack of experience or anything else, it was simply saying, why would a political campaign hire someone without the knowledge.
I am sure you could purchase a WP theme from here and then Message the author, most here are decent enough people to make changes (small changes and occasionally big) if you ask nicely enough. Try messaging a few WP authors of the themes you like the look of.
