Last October was a record month for me so it’s not touching that. This year is no slouch tho and tracking around the same as the last 6 months which were all decent to good .
Good luck and more importantly, I hope it was fun for all that entered .
Awesome but I am really surprised by the pricing.
Sounds like its take it or leave it with tv broadcast licenses for 18 bucks and under.
I’m liking what I see from the Kontrol KBs .
graphic4444 saidA majority if not all other sites have a standard license price of at least double (and typically more) of AJs. This probably plays a decent part in the decision to not allow cross project usage so if you are advocating for this it’s only right that you should also advocate for a willingness to pay more in exchange .
not compared to virtually all your competitors. Google ‘royalty free music’ and compare licenses. I spent thousands on rf audio, just not here. that’s why.
EricSchwartz saidHonestly, and this should go without saying, it doesn’t make any sense at all to roll out with a plan that many disagree with from the outset & will seemingly need modifying before it even launches. Doing so says something….IMO.
Music2Sync saidHey guys, I can’t promise anything either way. Whether it will affect the current plan, or be addressed at a later stage, we welcome your ongoing feedback and further discussion around the additional context I’ve laid out.
MusicBoxStudios saidThe suspense is killing me!
Thank you Eric. So to be clear, your presence (which is appreciated) is to help us understand the licensing terms and prices as they’ve been written, but no changes will be made to the structure that has been laid out before us. (at least not now before the rollout) Correct?
Nice to see these changes and Envato really stepping up and communicating things thoroughly Colis. Very commendable .
I really do hope that the very legitimate concerns being voiced over in the AJ forum about the new licensing are being very seriously looked into before rolling them out.
