I am trying to implement the upcoming support in my support system, but I am a little bit confused. The links related to verifying the purchases in the API support blog, don’t work and I can’t find the right endpoint in the API (v2) documentation. Which endpoint should I use? Or can I only still use the v1 version:

https://api.envato.com/v1/market/private/user/verify-purchase 

Besides that, if I do a call to

https://api.envato.com/v2/market/author/sale?code=[PURCHASECODE]

what value should I expect for support_amount? And is there a reason why ‘supported_until’ isn’t included in the response?

If I remember correctly, you need to unzip the file and use ilightbox-upload.zip file from the unzipped package to install the plugin.

Same issue here. Sometimes it takes around 30 sec before an item page is loaded. I hope that this issue has their attention as it will influence sales as well.

Hi there! I added a Vacation yesterday (June 18, 2015 — June 21, 2015) via the Item Support Vacations tab on the the settings page of my account, but I don’t see this information popping up near the comment form or on the support page.

Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

I created a few WordPress plugins that allows users to access/upload files in their ‘own’ directory. However… the plugins are linked to the cloud (Dropbox/Google Drive/Box), so I am not sure if that is what you are looking for.

With the plugins you can link the users manually to a folder or let the plugin handle this for you. Visitors (not logged-in users) can also have their own directory if needed.

Thanks for your hard work! I can finally remove them from my list. I am also struggling for months with another warez site which also doesn’t respond to any DMCA complain. I will try same approach…

I am the author of Out-of-the-Box and I discovered a critical security issue with my plugin before the bundle was released. I had already fixed this bug, but the latest version wasn’t included in the bundle. So I had to ask to update the bundle…

And I am glad they did!
