I think you will get refund if item get deleted because of copyright violation. ( may be i’m wrong )
Sometime it hard for reviewer to detect that someone is violating such rights.
We just received 1 star rating with a message “Bad customer support. Bugs without answer ”. We never got a message from this user and we have no means of contacting him. On previous occasion we have contacted envato support to contact the author on our behalf. It took so long for them to respond and we haven’t heard from the buyer. This is really getting ridiculous.

What to do if a buyer rated your product 1 start and never contacted you or commented about any issue ?
I can understand that all buyers knowledge is not same, but what about those who never asked for help and rated 1 star
Will not all the content on the web look same after this ?
You can’t see who are your product buyers until they don’t not contact you personally or in comments
I don’t do photoshop but let me guess:
First you create vector images of normal size and then export them to that size.
Just had a user purchase the wrong theme and asked me to refund him so he can purchase the right theme (both of the themes are mine, he got confused). Until I can manage situations like this without envato getting involved they are the seller.
If envato is not seller that means we can also add our own terms and condition.
If envato is not seller, this also means envato is now only payment gateway that is taking 50-60% on each transaction.
