Very well Cyzer, enjoy!
Martin try to set the Bitrate Encoding to: VBR, 2 Pass and also you can safely increase the Target Bitrate to something near 8 Mpbs (this will increase the quality)
I guess the black bands are not related to the export settings, maybe the resolution of your media? But I’m not sure…
Edit: if you don’t need to work in PAL (720×576) you can use a “Square Pixel” resolution (eg. 1920×1080 Full HD)... PAL pixels are not squares but rectangles so it’s a bit tricky and maybe the reason of the black bands
Just a workaround for your customer, he can use Unmult, a free AE plugin to turn the black color into a transparent background: http://www.redgiant.com/products/all/knoll-unmult-free/
I don’t know how well it will work with your footage, but it’s a very useful tool
200 sales with only 2 items is really good, congrats!
Hi, are you sure you exported as png+alpha? You have another item “Fire Blast”, in the description you say there is the alpha channel but you exported as jpg, if I remember well jpg cannot have the alpha channel…
Try to open the clip with Quicktime and check the encoding format in “Movie settings” and see if it’s png+alpha or different

Hi if you’re using WordPress you can try Gravity Forms http://www.gravityforms.com/ , I’m not very expert but it seems to be one of the best tools to build simple and advanced forms!
Edit: or maybe check one of these: http://codecanyon.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=form+builder
