You should first ask yourself: If your file will be approved, do you believe it will have many sales? If you’re not absolutely sure your file is indeed outstanding or will gain good sales, then “fighting” for it is a lost cause.
I wouldn’t fight if am not convinced that there good files. This matter has of course two aspects, the technical and artistically side. I was blinded by my own ideas, there where good, but I did a very sloppy job on the technical side. This is mainly the reason for the rejections. In some parts I was definitely unfair with my judgment against the reviewer. My apologies for that! Funny thing is, on my day job I would never accept such sloppy work.
After Amandas help I think to understand what was going wrong with my work, from now on I will spend more attention to detail and will not rush the things out. I did this mainly because I am exploding with new ideas momentarily and want them immediately realized. This of course doesn’t work, good work need time.
Again, my apologies to Ben! I am a little drama bitch!
Thank you everyone for the great support in this matter, this thread can be closed now.

Don’t give up! I get frustrated too, but it does take another set of eyes to see things that maybe you cannot see. Kind of like being in love. I think your designs are on the right track though. You, like me, may be looking for a more direct response. In the message to the reviewer I always ask the reviewer to please be as specific as possible. It has worked for me so far. It has been quite a humbling experience that required a lot of patience on my part. Go back and reread what the reviewer posts in their bottom paragraph and use this as a guide per item. It will be like you are Sherlock Holmes for a while. Good luck![]()
I requested now another review by Amanda herself. We will see…..
As a Designer with many years experience I know that there is often a conflict between client and designer. But you get payed for that. Here I am not, there are limits what I am willing to sacrifice from my designs. Don’t get mistaken, I have no problem with reasonable critics, in fact I like to hear new ideas and solutions. Constantin Potorac is some one I can respect, because he has the knowledge and proving his expertise with his works. In the end I want to design for the community and not for the taste of some reviewers. The positiv statements to my work in this thread are proving that I am maybe not so mistaken with my design decision.

Hey guys, I understand how frustrating rejections can be, but the Item Discussion category is intended for constructive feedback on improving your items. It’s not the place to vent your anger or insult the efforts of reviewers doing their jobs. Please stay on topic with constructive feedback for the items in question. If you have a problem with the actions of any reviewer, please contact Envato Support and request a review by the Site Manager. I will be more than glad to review anyone’s submission results and work with you! However, the forums are not a place to air your grievances. Thanks!
I am done here, It looks like am on the black list here:

All rejected!
Amanda replayed over mail, of course the reviewer is always right.
Another rejection, I have no words anymore! Again the same Reviewer! This is not normal anymore! And still no reaction from graphicriver!

You’ll need to think about the design in general here. It’s good, but could be improved by tweaking the design and typography overall. Think about things like tracking, leading, kerning, alignment, use of proximity as well as contrast.
What? This is a joke!
Additionally, it appears there’s a problem with your Preview Image Set. Preview Image Sets should be zipped files which contain ONLY additional JPG previews of your submission. JPGs should typically be no larger than 900×900 pixels for easy viewing. JPGs should be named in a numeric order which will dictate the order in which they’re shown (i.e., 01_design.jpg, 02_closeup.jpg, 03_colorvariation.jpg…). Please do not include any other files in your Preview Set, and please do not include your preview JPGs in the main submission.
There are no jpg previews in the “main.zip” only .psd. There was only one picture in the “extrapictures.zip”. What a bunch of ….!
I already had written a mail, no response. And I asked in the comment section “Message to the reviewer” that this item please be reviewed by some one else. Unfortunately you ignored this request and rejected the item again.
In fact there is nothing to ask from my side anymore, no hard feelings! I hope there will be a response from amanda on this matter. Thank you!

Ok, will ask. Thank you. By the way another little question: Is it allowed to use deviantart brushes in my files?!
This depends what the license says. If the author of the brush allows commercial use, why not!
Viel Glück!
Hello,
In the last 7 days I submitted 3 flyers, there were all rejected, all reviewed by the same guy. I don’t see the problems, I have more the feeling that the reviewer has a problem with my style. Do be honest, I am not really happy to bring this to public, but I have some real concerns about the qualification of the reviewer after seeing his work. I am sorry to be so clear, but this was a waste of one week work for nothing. I must even question to make business on graphicriver under this circumstances and I know from other authors that there feel the same.

As before, a reasonable concept, but this file lacks that little extra depth. Think about streamlining the font choice, the combination doesn’t really work. Picking 2 or 3 complimentary fonts will help bring the design back together. Because of the choice here, the top, middle and bottoms parts appear to be from completely different designs. The design overall lacks real depth and texture. It would be a good idea to look over our marketplace, at some of the best selling files to see what level out quality standards are set at. Try to emulate the quality you see whilst working on crafting a unique concept.
I disagree, the idea behind this flyer is to bring the heart and the party slogan in focus. I tested the file printed on glossy and matt paper. I looks really fine, more “depth” in form of glossy and lightning would destroy the main part of the flyer.

You’ll need to think about the design here a little. Consider the typography in particular, as well as addressing issues with font sizing. Additionally, the text appears to be justified quite extensively, so that it leaves large text rivers (or gaps between words). In addition to this, think about the style of the file. The background is quite mediocre and wishy-washy in colors and lack of contrast.
I dont even know what he is talking about, sorry!

A reasonable concept, but you’ll need to work over the design a little, considering the general design and typography.
No Sir! The design is just fine! Ok I give up on him!

I love this name!
