Thanks for the links, I’ll take your advice.
Thanks for the reply Ruben!
I created a mobile friendly demo page for my product. When I visited the demo page via the “live preview” link on my CodeCanyon product, I saw that none of the responsive behavior was present.
This needs to be addressed. I understand the need for the iFrame and the top bar, I’m just not happy with the current situation.
My mobile traffic is 14.5%. Why miss out on a 14.5% increase in sales?
Thanks for reading, Andrew

I want to announce the launch of Support Dash, a customer support web-app, and also thank everyone here who helped me get it off the ground.
I spent the last six months developing and talking with many of you here in order to create it, and I just released the beta. Support Dash was designed to help developers selling WordPress themes & plugins deliver better customer support, in less time. It also integrates with the Envato API to verify paying customers.

Also, additional features not listed on the landing page are:
- multi-agent support
- canned responses (snippets)
- code formatting & syntax highlighting in messages
Thanks for replying. We are initially only targeting Wordpress theme publishers, but we will support plugin publishers as well in the future. The reason for targeting Wordpress alone is so that we can integrate the support forums and ticket forms directly (and exclusively) within your customers WP admin dashboard.
@gbs – Thanks!
@mocarg – Nice idea.
@dorde – Right now it works with the local time zone (I prefer it that way). I can work in a ‘local’ or ‘envato time’ option.
