If you see the image carefully , i think i am seeing it unordered , i mean the boxes are not exact , i donno if it were a part of your design , but for me its no no…...and its too old design theme , you can find more of them here already….its rejected means the only reason might not be your design being not done properly , it also says that this marketplace is already full of them or you miight have steal others template idea and designed it….. – 2cents

By any chance, have the rules changed since then? For example although the iPhone in this template has been modified a little, it’s still very obvious that it’s an iPhone (it even says “iPhone app” right next to it).

I agree…that most of the templates are either portfolio based or a simple 5 page business based with variations of the slider. There is much scope for other field templates , most of the template selling sites jump into many fields…ex. TM .

My ideas ;

1. use some background image or effect 2. make magazine wordpress themes 3. joomla themes..[ no one is submitting now a days ] 4. minisites [ most popular now a days for clickbank style products , these are hot ] 5. Mobile templates [ not sure if this sells here..as TM already selling it from sometime ]
