I could not find any help related to my problem! Apparently they have a technical problem on their support system and the new tickets are temporary disabled! to get theme support they are asking to came here to post questions.

Would I be able to upload a any free themes if that was a problem? I’ve done this without any problems, it just seems to be with this one.

Hi, I’m new here and I’m trying to install Core-v3-5 theme, I’ve asked for some help and a couple of people recommended to get in touch with the author which I have tried, but had no reply.

They also recommended that I try to go to http://support.envato.com/index.php?/Knowledgebase/Article/View/269/0/my-wordpress-theme-isnt-working-what-should-i-do. I have followed the instructions but still got this problem:

Not Acceptable An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/update.php could not be found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I have tried installing free themes and I don’t have any problems with them. I was just wondering if I have to change or install anything on my website before installing Core-v3-5?

Hi, I’m new to the wordpress and I’ve purchase a theme from here and I follow instructions that came with the theme when I try to install its says : Not Acceptable
