I think the same as Dussk Design. The more i see approved items, the less desire i have to keep creating. When you work on a something and when its approved you see that your item in just few hours is on the 5th or 6th page is sad and thats because the tons of poor quality design approves.
Poor sales, 50% of my designs for envato, top sales items have advantage on search sistem, I am beginning to seriously consider that is not worth to keep creating just for envato until some big changes are made.
Thats why i have a doubt because in the product-trademark-help-guideline-flowchart says about the preview assets:
“Name of a person, artist, band, track or movie: Is it used descriptively or to illustrate how the buyer might implement the item?: Yes -> Allowed”.
What i understand is that we can use any name on the preview image just to illustrative reasons. Am I wrong?.
Im an reading the legal agreements of envato but im not sure if i understand it at all. My doubt is, can i use real band name for poster/flyers?. In what cases? Just preview image, inside the download item, i can`t use it…
Thanks so much! Keep creating!
Congratulations! Step by step.
9 days for my newest flyer.
I also think this item has no chance to be approved. Presentation is really poor, yellow stroke doesn’t work, for sure it doesnt have the standards settings to be approved. You need to take your time to analize the best authors here, how they do their work, and keep learning and practicing.
When i see that upload bar is stuck on about 95% and it doesnt seem to advance.
Move!! Move!!! Cmon!!!
Honestly i think that you need to improve your skills. Keep learning, reading tutorials and then you will be able to do anything you want. And remember, a nice girl on the flyer doesnt ensure you great sales.
