I tried again and it worked. Once the signup finished, it took me to a page which showed a thank you message and a “Sign up today” button. Clicking on it took me back to signup page. How do I login? I don’t see any login form anywhere!
Tried a couple of times. Same error.

Well yeah, I agree with you there. And there are advantages to asking for the info, like you probably restrict the signups to genuinely interested visitors and there is nothing the user have to do the moment the billing starts. But it has its cons too, like I need to enter more details and especially in the beginning when you are looking for as many users as possible, I’d say keep it open. Also, on the basecamp website, there is all sorts of info that encourages me to signup (big screenshots of the product, etc) – you might want to look into such things too. Looking at the website, I’m very sure its a really good product… 
I tried signing up too. I have a mastercard and it says the card number is invalid.

Would probably be better if you don’t ask for credit card info on signup. Not sure if everybody will welcome it.
Worked after waiting for some time and trying again, with a couple of retries. Not sure if the issue is still there. Mods can lock this thread.
Been trying to submit a support ticket with no luck. The captcha image is not loading and when I right click on it and say “Open image in a new tab” (just to see what’s going on), it gives me a big bunch of error stack. Anybody from support please take a look. No other way for me to get to you guys! Thanks.
Yeah…restarted my system too. Actually my PC prompted for restart because of a system update. I’m running all latest browsers.
Yes, javascript is enabled on my browser. I tried on all my browsers and cleared cache too.
