Does a template/plugin exist, or can someone create (please advise price) of wordpress or joomla template & plugin (or whatever necessary) for:

A fancy single page product display with the following requirements:

- Ultimate purpose is to accept groupon/livingsocial etc voucher codes

- There will be my logo, title, pictures of product with description, and then text entry boxes for voucher code, name, address, email & phone with redeem voucher button below.

- I can easily add all the info: logo, title, pictures, description etc through admin (or similar) WYSIWYG type scenario.

- There will be many products so I need to be able to add unlimited number of pages each with a url I can define i.e. www.mysite.com/redeem/productcode

- Once a user enters a code, name and address etc (all fields must be filled), a popup will have a message and that an email will be sent within next 48 hours confirming acceptance of code and product will be sent shortly after….etc etc etc.

- Further to the above button being clicked, an automated email is sent to my email so I can check the code against my livingsocial/groupon site etc.
