The reason to put short codes in plugins Good luck with it!
Can I use the code from the theme’s files to create a worpress plugin, then use that plugin with another theme? The code behind the shortcode basically looks like this:
$image = THEME_URI . '/lib/scripts/timthumb/thumb.php?src=' . mysite_wpmu_image( $src ) . '&w=' . $width . '&h=' . $height . '&zc=1&q=100';
Thanks everyone. I basically buried that website because after not finding a replacement for that shortcode (not finding a script that has a similar functionality, so I could do “find and replace” the shortcode tag in DB), I installed and activated “Infocus” theme again.
Unfortunately, I completely forgot that “Infocus” theme change the title of every webpage from the actual title to a single word “Blog” with H1 tag… like this
<h1 class="title"><span>Blog</span></h1> so those webpages are gone from Google search now…
MySiteMyway Support refused to help me with this issue.
Is there is any plugin that can help me to rid of inFocus Theme shortcodes?
The main problem is image resizer shortcode: http://themes.mysitemyway.com/infocus/shortcodes/image-frames-effects-shortcodes/
I used this shortcode in about 1k posts.
It works like this: I put the image URL and specify the size i want ( let’s say 960×180).
[image_frame style="framed" align="left" height="180" width="960"]http://domain.tld/1.jpg[/image_frame]
The shortcode use the timthumb script and produce the HTML code like this:
<img class="framed" src="http://domain.tld/../timthumb/thumb.php? src=http://domain.tld/1.jpg&w=960&h=180&zc=1&q=100" title="" alt="" width="960" height="180" />
I appreciate any help, thank you.
1. Get one of this Wordpress theme: http://themeforest.net/category/wordpress/corporate?utf8=%E2%9C%93&sort_by=sales_count&categories=wordpress%2Fcorporate
2. Get the booking plugin. 2(a). For your course calendar/bookings you need a booking plugin made for a restaurant/hotel. Grab one from here: http://codecanyon.net/search?utf8=%E2%9C%93&term=booking (you can look for restaurant’s theme too, but it will be hard to much the design).
2 (b). Alternatively, buy “WooCommerce Booking & Appointment Plugin” by Tyche Softwares, it cost $79 and will do the job too.
3.Install theme and plugin. Read documentation and you will get the website (design+ functionality) up and running in one or two days.
If you are looking for someone who can get this done for you, I would estimate $250 for this installation job if you have a website plan, website sitemap, and the content done. Search for freelancer on this site or jobs.wordpress.net.
