No. That would be if I couldn’t afford Photoshop so I was justifying using GIMP . Dreamweaver is for those who simply cannot code.

I can only imagine the stuff TF reviewers must go through when reviewing templates.. Now I know why my uploads are placed #30+ in the queue every time..

I don’t mean to be rude, but this template is “poo poo.” I highly suggest you check out some of the latest designs on a CSS Design Gallery.

This needs much, much, much more work to be done to it in order to classify it as a “premium” theme.
