I think there are a lot of problems in your design : font , color, spacing… ! You will need to change it more !

I don’t understand, because my design is completely unlike any other design in 10k + theme in the market. Maybe, i need more attention to detail from author other! And i’m going need doctor, i’m going crazy … !! @@

However I find the hover effects you’re using a bit too surprising and… imperfect. The main menu dropdowns: when you hover one and then move to the next, when the dropdowns overlap – it’s a bit strange. Also at Portfolio (at Home) – the effect is a bit too bold perhaps I would at least prevent the text from rearranging. This is not nice…

Also you have some problems with color contrasts. Example: footer & twitter bar above footer. The links in the twitter bar are unreadable.

Also I see some stuff like: the pagination doesn’t work. It seems you be just some dummy elemnts with no actual function.

The pagination doesn’t work because this is demo for HTML , so just some dummy element. I agree with the opinion twitter bar link is unreadable, and the effect at Home page is a bit too bold perhaps, i will fix it.
But it has to be something unique that ThemeForest mean?
Maybe I need to add a few comments … Very thanks Analogo !

I think the slider image full screen in your design is bad, it’s going to make the your website loading is very slow, and your font is not suitable for your design.

Your template does not provide a unique enough design with the necessary design quality, features and options to compete in the marketplace at this time. As higher quality templates become available in the marketplace, approval requirements will increase to maintain appropriate marketplace quality.

You might consider improving your design with more unique features and graphics in order for it to stand out among other marketplace items. However, a unique design will be a key factor for approval.

I know it’s frustrating to be rejected citing uniqueness but recently, we’ve gotten a large number of template with the same overall features and presentation and we have to draw the line somewhere.

However, we do accept themes with similar structure but in condition it provides better quality in terms of aesthetic or features…
