Hello everyone,

I want to use the blade package from laravel as a standalone in my own project. But I can’t seem to get it working.

Hopefully somebody can help me here. Here is my code : <?php public function loadBlade($view, $viewPath = false, $data = array() ) { echo $this->viewPath; if(isset($viewPath)) { $this->viewPath = $viewPath; } $FileViewFinder = new FileViewFinder( new Filesystem, $this->viewPath ); $PhpEngine = new PhpEngine(); $PhpEngine->get($this->viewPath, $data); $dispatcher = new Dispatcher(new Container); $factory = new Factory( new EngineResolver, $FileViewFinder, $dispatcher ); $view = new View( $factory, $PhpEngine, $view, $this->viewPath, $data ); return $factory; } ?> And here is the error code I get :
Fatal error: Uncaught exception ‘InvalidArgumentException’ with message ‘View [hello.php] not found.’ in /system/vendor/illuminate/view/FileViewFinder.php:146 Stack trace: :0 /system/vendor/illuminate/view/FileViewFinder.php(83): Illuminate\View\FileViewFinder->findInPaths(‘hello.php’, Array) :1 /system/vendor/illuminate/view/Factory.php(125): Illuminate\View\FileViewFinder->find(‘hello.php’) :2 /application/controllers/home.controller.php(27): Illuminate\View\Factory->make(‘hello.php’, ‘application/vie…’) :3 [internal function]: Home->index(Array) :4 /test/Bootstrap.php(42): call_user_func_array(Array, Array) :5 /test/index.php(53): include(’/customers/2/e/...’) :6 {main} thrown in /system/vendor/illuminate/view/FileViewFinder.php on line 146

@newMenow I would pay 20 dollar on envato for the script.

@adventureroadtrips, Well I saw it popup 2 days ago and checked the demo. I still keep checking it out because it looks nice.

Hello Everyone,

I am looking for an Template generator. So I found a few on CodeCanyon but there not what im looking for.

I would like a template generator that can make a template with custom css and not only bootstrap ( like most that are online ). So for example I can choose which framework I want to use and when selected the script will load all elements that are available.

Also it would be awesome if I can add it to my MVC framework so I can save the templates in the database.

I hope someone can make this.

I have worked with codeigniter and I like the dbforge class. But now I am busy with creating a CMS and I would like to have a class with the same functionality as dbforge.

My question is : Does someone know were I can find such a class in php. Or : Does someone know a way how to get the dbforge class to work outside codeigniter without download all codeigniter files. ( only the dbforge class file ).

Best regards, Wouter van Marrum.

one quick question I want to get my vars from a config file. First I had a class which had this :
var $host;
var $username;
var $password;
var $db;

But now I need to insert the values in the class itself instead of getting them from the config file.

Thanks abhimanyusharma003 !

Your code worked exactly how it should. Now I am recoding everything to mysqli haha. everyone else thanks for the help !

What about this one. Just created
class test
{
    protected $host = 'localhost';
    protected $username = 'root';
    protected $password = '';
    protected $db = 'database';
    protected $link = null;

    public function __construct()
    {
        $this->link = mysqli_connect($this->host, $this->username, $this->password, $this->db);
    }

    public function output()
    {
        $result = mysqli_query($this->link, "SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 10");
        return mysqli_num_rows($result); // THIS IS OUTPUT
    }
}

$test = new test();
echo $test->output();

Output will be 10
