1) I think you should improve header and footer (newsletter and those 5 columns below) sections.
2) Some typography issues: font-size, line-height and margins/paddings.
Minimal templates can be clean and simple when you manage to handle the white space and details to provide a simple but yet unique template. But if you can’t, it will look like an incomplete template – blank template. In this case, the submitted template is more like a ‘framework’ than a full fledged design. If you’re going with minimalism, you need to make sure all the little details check out.
For example, on page-office.html, within “Meet Our Designer Team” section, when you hover over the images doesn’t look good. To make it more appealing in terms of visual hierarchy you should:
a) increase font-size and font-weight a bit for name (ADAM DOE).
b) reduce a bit line-height for the paragraph.
c) there is to much space between the paragraph and social icons, maybe you can solve that by reducing the height of the image.
Another example, on page-about-us.html, within the Fun Facts Section>
a) font-size for icons and text is too small compared to numbers placed above.
b) icons and text are too crowded, there is no space between them.
3)Try to add a few unique and good looking elements and/or features, especially on Homepage.
I think we’re reached a point of saturation. At this point, we’re only looking for unique variations of this design: for another one to be approved it would have to have a couple of unique touches and features that differentiate it from what’s already available and definitely be of higher quality.
Overall the template doesn’t look bad. Those are only a few tips, but I hope that helps.

I must say, worst contest ever!!! Sorry for the off-topic, I have one question regarding Instapage Most Wanted contest. According to official post you’ll announce the winners a week or two after the event closes (on November 21st) which means before 5th of December.
