purchased new bicycle 2 days back.. YAY !!!
It seems as they are not at “eye level” for the customer when they buy and doesn’t include any reminder for the customer after the purchase in order to demonstrate to buyers the importance of the rating for designers.
Nevertheless, I’ve seen lots of conversation going around on what are the reasons a buyer does rate a certain product with a certain number of stars, and it looks like not always the reasons are directly related to the designer work.

even one of my product is sold more than 100 times. and still no single rating has been provided.
i haven’t got a rating since 100 items are sold .. pretty weird i guess.
before new rating system, i was getting ratings in quick time. now a days. they are lost (though, selling has been increased)
does this happen with any one else too ?
