Am I missing something or are both the linked files identical?

I think there is a lot of work that needs to be done to improve this:

- Have you thought about how someone would actually use this if it was built into a functioning website? - What about showing an example of a user profile page? - What about a search results page?

As for the design itself, I think you need to spend time on sites like http://gb.pinterest.com/regenrek/webdesign-inspiration-2014/ and take ideas from there. The design needs a lot of improving.

You are very unlikely to get a response on here about review queues. You just need to be patient like the rest of us.

I’m not sure I do understand you.

You are best off opening a support ticket – I don’t think you should be calling people out on the forums.

Apple will definitely have a problem with this logo if they see it in the wild. I also echo what Demorfoza said about improving the quality.

It all depends on which reviewer you get – some will approve a file that could be rejected by someone else. I found that opening a support ticket and asking for clarification is a good way around this problem until all the reviewers are singing from the same hymn sheet.
But look what it all leads: You do logo, you spend your time that you really could spend in another way and do not even get a reasonable explanation what is wrong. How to call it? Maybe it’s time to consider changing the rules of accepting item’s?

I totally agree but I doubt it would ever happen because there are simply too many people doing reviews. So to get them to all judge items in exactly the same way would be impossible. In the meantime, I will stick to opening support tickets if I feel that the item was unfairly rejected.

You could always open a support ticket and ask for clarification from the reviewer. I’ve done it a few times and even got a rejection overturned.
Rejections should always include a defined reason I think. I mean every other item I’ve submitted was accepted then suddenly a few days ago a big kit I spent weeks on got rejected for no reason. Having to open a support ticket to find out why it was rejected after having 7 approved items is ridiculous.

Yeah it isn’t ideal but there isn’t another way at the moment.
