Thanks everyone! That totally clears it up for me.

Quick question now, if I have to buy a regular license for each new client I have, is there an easier way to buy the license where I don’t have to download the theme all over again each time I buy it? I guess that’s not a big deal though if I have to.

Also, thanks for cluing me in about the spelling of License, lol. Although it’s still inconsistently spelled. “Licence” on a theme’s individual page, and “License” on the license details page.

Thanks again!

I’ve seen other threads somewhat regarding this, but I still don’t have the answer I’m looking for.

I notice that a Regular License states:

(a) Your use of the Work is limited to a single application.

And the Extended License states:

(a) Your use of the Work is limited to a single application.

So how is the Extended License any better?

Maybe I’m not understanding what (a) means. I figure it means you can only use a Theme on one domain. I would like to be able to use a Theme on multiple domains, but I’m not sure which license allows that type of use.

I basically want to buy a Theme and use it on different Client websites. I’m not “selling” the theme to my Client, I’m just using it for their website. Can I do this with multiple Clients on a Regular License? Thanks!

I’d also like to mention that an Extended License is ridiculously expensive! Compared to other premium theme shops that offer a personal or developer license that’s only a small amount more.

The word License as it appears on a Theme’s page is spelled wrong (Licence) and it is spelled correctly on the License description page.

I found this site: http://lovelytheme.com/ which looks to use the themeforest API , and includes the large theme image! How did they do this with the API ? Is there a new feature for adding the large image instead of the square thumb? I’d love to be able to use this in the API .

Thanks!
