I don’t really want a refund – Based on management response and dedication to the forum and honest answers I’m fine with it. I just want to get a point across and bring it to everyone attention… and it seems like it worked so I’ll drop the subject for now. :)

I’m not that cheap. I just can’t see the concept being legit. You don’t go into a store and give them 30$ for a 25$ item…and then they keep 5$ since everything in the store is over 5$. It just makes no sense at all.

To me it seems like a loophole for “stealing” money. Although it may have been necessary early on, it isn’t now.

I actually don’t think this is outrageous at all. It seems like I am not the only one with these concerns. I’ll admit “stealing” isn’t the right word – but it is “shady” policy.

Lets face it MOST people don’t read the policy statement regarding confiscating funds after one year if unused. They also may not pay attention to the deposit structure until AFTER they deposit – losing them 5$ if they fail to notice.

I’d say I have a pretty fair argument here and I am sticking to it. If you still don’t agree then paypal me 5$ and I promise to never post in this forum again…

Yes I understand in a few months you will have new features that MAY solve this issue. However, it should have NEVER been done in the first place.

Secondly, this issue could literally be solved in 24-hours. As easy as it was to do the 10$ increments, its even EASIER to fix it. I’d say maybe 1-2 days max it should take. In the mean time the people with odd number amounts in there account are screwed.

Sorry, but your solution seems to help nothing…in my case (and the others complaining currently)

Well can you refund the 5$ in my account now – since I just bought a 25$ theme and have no way to spend it?

Apparently TF.net has decided to screw over customers by only allowing 10$ increments. (20-30-40-50 etc) Making it nearly impossible to spend all that you deposit. Personally, I think it is disturbing that the template I want is $25.00 and I have to deposit $30.00 leaving $5.00 to TF.

TF gets to “steal” my remaining $5.00…and yes it is a backdoor shady method of stealing. Anything for the almighty dollar and bottom line though.

This is the reason most of the popular themes are $25.00

I find it disturbing that this sort of practice goes on. Yes the $20.00 minimum is fine, hell I’d be fine with a 35$ minimum – then it would be mathematically possible to eventually use all the money deposited and not get wrecked on price points.

Notice how admin and moderators keep this subject on the D/L…

Anyone else a little annoyed at the current payment options? I need to deposit exactly $25.00 for the theme I want, yet on the payment options page you can either deposit $20 or $30 ($10 increments). This is extremely annoying to me – since TF.net states any unused funds will expire after one year…

Point being I’m not just going to deposit $30, use $25 of it and “donate” $5.00 to TF.net

I apologize if I am missing something – but it seems like I’m (we are) getting nickle and dimed on this one. Again please point it out if I am overlooking something.
