Your are absolutely right @horizonq8
However if we submit a basic plugin or theme we will be rejected because of the lack of features so what do we do add more stuff.
As a programmer I hate that too but I believe the reviewers should be educated that a simple and stable written plugin or theme is way better then a bloated theme or plugin. Also the Envato staff should be aware that the reviewers are acting this way and should open a discussion with them about a good policy.
Also the customers are to blame because mostly they ask for more features in a theme or plugin so it will be bloated later on.
So it is not easy to change this behaviour, but a good point for a discussion.
Same problem here. Looks like Envato has to solve this

I was wondering if Envato has any disclaimer if someone buys an app here. If so what do you think do we have to deliver a Disclaimer as well in the including package ?
For instance. I sell an app complete based on facebook. Now I think I need a diclaimer that I am not responsible for any changes facebook is making.
Do you deliver such disclaimers with your apps ?
Perhaps it would be nice to post some disclaimers we can use if we make apps which are using third party API’s
I just discovered when clicking on reply it shows the right mail address. So you can try that to.
