With respect its too basic in comparison to the numerous other one page files on here. The about section, skills etc all need to be more imaginative in design and the typography across the site needs some work

You should try making it responsive, the typography needs a lot of work, shadows on the three boxes on the home page do not really work, footer looks incomplete, validate the code carefully

You should contact the author of the theme http://themeforest.net/user/MegaTheme BUT you must sign in using the profile with which the theme was purchased so they can verify the account and purchase.

I’d suggest going straight to code -it’s a really nice design but a bit too fixed in structure for PSD

Outdated, too generic, not sure about the page headings to the left at the top and typography is harsh – not a bad site just too much like the rest and as manuelvega said its a bit outdated.

Actually quite like the concept – the header could be more prominent with better typography, not sure about the background image used on listings, maybe add some more functional pages like about, etc and the detail of each listing could be more imaginative especially with number of rooms etc.

A really nice concept and start it just needs developing and the design tightening. Good luck

Sorry but I do not think it will make it in WP and definitely not in PSD – Shadows on the nav do not work, the images are stretched, typography needs a lot of work, the social icons in the footer are just not right, the portfolio has way too much going on, and the whole thing needs to breath more.

As has been said for PSd it must be pixel perfect and for html or WP you will still need to modernise and refine the design

If you mean creating a new version using different design and code then it is better HOWEVER if it looks the same/very similar (just changed logo and trademarks) then that would still be breaching copyright.

There are all sorts of issues but the bottom line is that if someone creates a site and then you produce one (even if with different code/platform) that looks VERY similar then the original author would be well within their rights to submit a DCMA.

If this is in any way related to making a site for sale here then it would have no chance of getting on to the marketplace
