Speaking as a buyer more than an author – it might be interesting to some that we have not (in nearly 1000K purchases) not ever intend to buy one of the mega multi version themes.
Without doubt the best themes we have used form here come from the likes of Tom, ThemeBeans, Ruben, Umbrella themes etc. they are simply more functional and less of a distraction with out the potential to be bloated or over crowded.
I am not detracting from the quality or effort that goes into the massive themes, and fully appreciate the ‘marketing’ potential especially to less experienced buyers who see quantity (irrelevant of the quality) over anything else.
I would hazard a guess that 80%+ of people who buy these huge themes use an exact replica of one of the demos with their own content (and in many cases a bunch of irrelevant content that is not necessary but that fills the gaps), rather than ever making use of the potential of having thousands of options and add-ons.
Again we are in no position to pass judgment on this as we do not sell here but thought it would be interesting to cast the opinion that sometimes these on mass products are actually a deterrent rather than a bonus.

The top sections are hard to find – maybe make them more visible or expand down a little on hover.
contact details typography and content needs overhaul and more to it, as does rollover content on skills and social
Which file? Don’t see one called ‘App on’. Are you sure it is a WordPress file?
In your download page click download and select ‘Installable WordPress File Only’ (if you can’t see this then it is not a WP theme) & use that.
No one can help you ensure you get approved. Only envato can decide that.
Also PSDs never really sell that much (even the best) so if you pay someone you will be at a loss for sometime
That is nowhere close to the standard for here but you could easily achieve it using most magazine, travel or some of the multi purpose themes (and make it look better)
