Hi @Bedros I believe this is till the case: https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/202821860-Using-Watermarked-Assets-in-Previews but happy to be corrected.
This https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/203269510-What-Assets-Can-I-Use-In-My-Items-#assets-watermarked-assets is also quite useful in regards to photos of celebrities and so on.
Opt 1: In your download page click download & select ‘installable WordPress File Only’ & use this (if you can’t see this then it is not a WP theme).
Opt 2: Are you sure you have the WP theme and NOT a HTML file?
Opt 3: Are you using your own hosting and domain NOT WordPress.com
Opt 4: Unzip the theme folder and use ftp to install it
Its actually not bad at all.
Logo looks pixellated
Generally spacing could be better to let it breath more
That custom menu not having something to the right is really annoying
the typography is not bad but its very same – same and quite a lot of bold text i.e. it would be good to differentiate different type elements and styles more (don’t go crazy here as it will probably do more harm than good if it gets really extravagant).
the sidebar is nice (maybe add some padding to the widgets to space them more), but is very close to the main page which makes it difficult to read. Either increase the side margin OR alter the background or box it in to clearly define sidebar from page copy
I’ve seen most of that message before esp. about the minimalism and the similarities.
If I’m honest when I looked at the demo I thought i was another file we saw on here not long ago. Its not a bad concept but its such a crowded category that you have got to find something which sets it apart.
