Don’t insist on php 5.3. Its almost a war against every host on the market. Some even have php4 – which I cannot understand, because PHP4 has no more support at all – even security holes are not fixed anymore. If the host still uses php4 I tell my client to switch the host or manually to php5 – many hosts give this option. I agree, php 5.3 has maaany cool new features, such as namespacing, but, lets face it: If you get a newer php version than 4, you should be happy.
wont be much of an issue with future wordpress releases(well php4 that is) http://wordpress.org/news/2010/07/eol-for-php4-and-mysql4/
vmware, parallels , wine, bootcamp
have you replied to the rejection email to get a more clarification from the reviewer? and you can request a different reviewer by contacting support
I do think the theme has some room for improvement
Add a logo itll go along way
there took much white space
there some inconstant padding/margin
and I personally dont like that background but thats just my opinion
I think its different from the norm files on here and its got great design qualities
Hmmm well it’s not required to work on a mobile device so, i dont think that you can complain about that.
+1 mobile devices are different than desktops, and if the item clearly stats its functionality in the item description there shouldn’t be a problem on functionality as its stated
if the item is misleading and it doesn’t have function it claims then you have the right to complain
as for over priced your kidding right? go to any other market place there double or triple the price of items found here(some times more than that)
Hey, I never 3 days is unethical but 7 days, I agree that most of the times files are reviewed within 48 hours but when it’s not obviously there must be some sort of reason rather than jumping onto the inevitable “wait a week” bandwagon” which only makes no sense.
no one is forcing you to submit files, if you don’t like there policies then go to another market that fits your needs or start your own. while most files do get reviewed fairly quickly a 7 day wait period isnt unethical mainly because they use that “7 day” more of a fallback if something gets screwed up.
@jonathan I totally agree with authors have some sort of input on when there files get released especially if your trying to release theme files like HTML and a WP or what ever scenario it be nice to be able to submit multiple items in one package(thatll get reviewed at once) almost like a separate category for themed items that has a cross links built-in to the item page(instead of authors adding the links in the description) and authors could set dates or a time frame from each item like, Release PSD first, Release HTML 2days later, Release EMAIL 4 days later, Release WP 5 days later
I have CS5 , but I don’t know of any WordPress Support. I’ve never heard of this. And also, it doesn’t even support CSS3 or HTML5 . So it doesn’t auto complete your tags and CSS when you’re typing for that.
Does this patch allow support for Wordpress?Even if it doesn’t, I saw an addon somewhere else that made editing Wordpress in Dreamweaver easy. The only problem is, that I forgot the link and the name.
no it just adds html5 and css3 support theres a way to add better support for wordpress but I dont remember where
For every website we create, we make a new Google Analytics account (as opposed to setting up all the profiles under one big account). The reason for this is customers generally request administrator access to their account down the track, and you can only assign administrators to accounts, not website profiles.
(eg: if we had everyone under one account, and give a customer administrator access to that account, they would have access to all our websites)
The problem here is the 25 account limit per login. We’re up to our 5th google account because all the others have filled up.
Does anybody know if there is a way to get around this 25 google analytics account limit?
edit: update, helps if I google first. the 2nd post on this page seems pretty promising. http://www.google.com/support/forum/p/Google%20Analytics/thread?tid=75a6d3df905222a8&hl=en I may be able to group our 5 login accounts into 1 login. just have to use a separate login to create the account and transfer it across.
pick up mint, http://haveamint.com/
I found this while googling and it is def. a useful link.. I just cant seem to locate it on the actual site.
