I purchased the Caulk template yesterday http://themeforest.net/item/caulk/full_screen_preview/76108
and I love it. I think its great, but I have one issue. I was reading the instructions on how to get posts on the “featured article” slider, by adding the tag “featured” on each one of the posts, but what ends up happening is that only the most recent appears and stays solid and the others disappear and I can’t access them. Am I missing something? I’m sure it’s a quick fix I just can’t seem to figure it out.Thanks.
have you tried messaging the author from there profile page? they will know far more about there theme than anyone else
can you post a live link with a plugin active?
Sorry to be rude but why do you keep creating threads on a public ThemeForest forum? Why don’t you just contact the author directly and ask him? After all, it’s his theme so he will know best.
Requires link: http://www.squidfingers.com/patterns/
Depends on the author (check the info box next to each item, most are free to use): http://myphotoshopbrushes.com/patternsGood luck
PS. It’s all about searching for the right license from Google and add the term. (in this case photoshop patterns or w/e)
thank you I also have been looking at http://www.brusheezy.com alot of them are non commercial use tho I just need to grab my parents slr and go to a junk yard
Anyone have a good site to get texture/patterns we can use in are themes? most of the ones I have found you cant redistribute in a package
Please give us the links for the items. I want to see if you’re getting an HTML file or a WordPress file.
PS. Please start just one thread to resolve your issue buddy.
This is unnecessary:
The theme author has already given a solution for you found here
p.s Ivor grrr you locked another thread right when I hit reply
are they wordpress themes or site templates? if wordpress theme then what folder/folders are you uploading?
Does it work in FF 3 ? Most people using Firefox update when new versions are released. It’s not like IE where you get stuck using an old version forever because the operating system doesn’t support the newer browser (Win98, and soon XP not supporting IE9 ). That’s the reason we have issues with old versions of IE. Otherwise people would upgrade, it’s just that they can’t because the browser is built to be defendant on the OS so new versions can’t run on the older OS.yes it works fine in firefox 3 and 4 the problem is happening because ff2 has no support for html5 tags it ends up rendering the html wrong something like
I think it will be accepted as long as it supports FF3 +.
My server stats show, 0.01% of my traffic is FF2 .x, but over 50% from FF3 +.This is kind of interesting. I had a browser identify itself as FF 6 .7 in my log. Must have been someone from the future checking out my work
when its spouse to look like

theres a few fixes for it but it adds a lot of unnecessary code for a browser thats on its dying days
