Send a polite private message to the authors they may not know as they may have tested it on other mobile devices. Its nearly impossible to test on everything most people just test it on iOS as its the most popular so it could be a bug.
A theme should never have woocommerce directly built in, if it does you want to stay as far away from it as possible. You’ll always want to have it installed as a plugin for multiple reasons
Now a theme may have woocommerce “support” which means it should integrate smoothly, just make sure the versions match up
are you getting an error?
Some people just come from outer space
But really its not that surprising theres not really a “buying 101” when you join the marketplaces(or its hidden from plain view). If you really think about it theres nothing that explains what a author actually is so if you’re completely unfamiliar with marketplace like this you wouldn’t know.
My guess, this thread with be locked with some reply say “we’re on it that shouldn’t have happened, please create a support ticket(or stay with support)”. The item in question will be removed UNTIL its fixed then be back up and nothing will happen to the author/authors in question. Maybe they’ll change how they check for things in the review process
this is a general forums its best to ask the author of the theme. You can find the best place to contact the author on the support tab on the items page(where you purchased it) theres 2 themes named smartbox so can’t link you directly
That is most likely not a template.
