Indeed, it’s to much. ‘No Picture’ avatars shouldn’t stand out more than the others. It should be neutral. It has the color of a ‘call to action’...

I implemented this early in July when this thread was created and the results for the month were very similar to June. So far can’t really say if it good to implement or not. Anyone else implemented this last month and can compare data with the previous months?

Hi LinuxTec This is the general envato forum. The best would be to post the question in the support section of the theme page.

As an author you have the responsibility to only sell things that belong to you. By selling an item, you are making an agreement not only with Envato but with anyone who buys your item that you own full copyright to that item, and have appropriately licensed any auxiliary content that it makes use of.

Since January 2013.

I’d say this comes down to many factors:

1. Where you live. In an expensive country like Switzerland, with bad Dollar conversion, it is much harder than in a country with not so high living costs and a weaker currency.

2. What marketplace. Themeforest surely has the most sales on single items/authors. Doesn’t necessarily mean it is easy, but I think it’s easier than to live off of audiojungle.

3. Your talent / motivation to work.

4. Luck.

If you only need $500 to live in your area, it is easily doable. If you need $8000, not so easy.

Completely agree.
