Once a saw product with a lot of 5 star ratings at an online store. But it had one rating with only 1 star. The buyer wrote: Everything’s perfect, fast delivery and high quality. Another one asked: And why did you rate that with only one star?? The buyers answer: Oh, I thought 1 star would be the highest rating. ;-)

I think we should be allowed to enter in a dispute against those who rate our items 1 or 2 stars. Microlancer has a dispute option and I feel we should have one here too. If a buyer rates 1 star and provides a reason and if it’s an invalid reason we should be allowed to dispute it. It’s not fair for trollers to spoil our happiness.
I had the same thought. This would really help us to remove “bugs” or make an easier description. I recognized that especially InDesign files have often 2 or 1 star rating. And I think it has something to do with buyers low experience with the program. And some of them blame it on the file.

I delete the cache ad I tried to view this site with the safari browser. All the same. I don’t see the histogramm of my April sales. I can see the histogram of March, February… and I see the list of my sold items. But I don’t see the histogram… (only April)

Did you try to clear storage? It’s on the right sidebar. Hope it helps you. By the way, my Statementer works perfectly.
Hm, this is strange. I’ve cleared the storage but it doesn’t work. My browser is the firefox.

Has anybody else problems with the statementer? It doesn’t load the histogram anymore.

I wondered too. Maybe it’s only coincidence. I don’t know :-)

I think I’ve found a solution. When you mark the objeccts and use ctrl + j or command + j all paths were closed. My document information shows me 0 open paths. You can close this thread too :-)
