FLV is very small size compare with other formats so why down convert it again from videohive system.
when it down convert get it poor quality.I hope it is not good image for our product.
some time buyer may be think it is not good quality.Every time my preview bit rate is 10000kbps.
but after down convert it is come bad quality.it is mean lost smooth rendering look.
some area pixel also jumping some times.
Actually it is my request only.if you can do something.

don’t export your final movie so you want go to composition – make movie then you can select FLV format it is better way to render try that
yes same things happen to me also I think videohive have lot of projects. That’s why get too much time to publish our project…

i upload 2 videohive project before few days.i think today it’s reviewed by videohive staff. but i didn’t get any review result e-mail from videohive.but i don’t know what happen to my item. i didn’t see any project in my portfolio.my author dashboard also empty.

Make sure your bit rate is set to a minimum of 3,000kbps. You might have to experiment with higher bit rates depending on the level of color and detail in the video. Sometimes 5,000-6,000kbps is necessary, but try a few things to see what comes out best for you.
Thank you i render mp4 file with bit rate 25000.You mean, we can render h.264 with minimum 3,000kbps? because according to my memory I saw somewhere in here It says maximum bit rate of h.264 is 2,000kbps.
3Dym, no 3000 is min. Personally I prefere to render previews at 5000-7000 kbps.
cryvfx, you probably had flv preview which was automatially reencoded to h.264 when Envato migrated to the new player. If you don’t like result I guess you need to encode your original video output to mp4/h.264 preview again by yourself and reupload it to update your item, to make sure you have online what you did.Best Regards, Andrey
