PatrikL saidHmmm… I don’t think that was a very good idea! This is like respecting the letter of the law vs. the spirit of the law. I think you need to consider the context here! Metaffex just offered a dribbble invitation for a good portfolio, I don’t think anyone here posted their portfolios to convince Metaffex to buy some of their stuff! If we are going to do it like this, why don’t you ban all dribbble posts from the forums?
Hey guys, I had to clean up this thread a bit as it contained a lot of links to different portfolios on the marketplaces.
Sometimes Humans make the law and sometimes Law makes humans. Sometimes law is just black letters on white ofcourse it’s nonsense to remove the links because it is faster for the giver of the invite to look at them, what is the logical difference between saying to look it up in my profile? none But what he done is right, rules are rules. And I am sorry I forgot about that one.

there is just too much of everything. You are trying to make WD into one symbol which is static in the end, then you are doing a mix with a paint brush, which is dynamic. So you need to deside wich one you want to show dynamic or static because now WDA seems to be very heavy ant static thus the brush is moving and doing a turn with paint but it is fixed to letter “D” (making it A) and should be static too.
There is no logic in this logo. It is just trying to make W D A ant paint brush into one big lump.
Less is more, remember that Try to make it as more minimal as you can. I have a hint for you, the less corners logo has, the better it is. Look at envato Logo, perfect example for you.
