How totally wrong you are here. You even didn’t see the difference between your 1 star rating, and d3luxxxe’s 1 star.
That guy, 21chang, is absolutely mad. He already punished by the nature because he has no brain. He didn’t even try to connect to the author. And, of course, d3luxxxe cannot do anything about it, only forgive… Why forgive?... Because stupidity deserve that…
But in your situation… You had absolutely normal guy who was a little bit in a bad mood. And I already explained why it’s normal for him to be angry.
In this situation you have to ways: professional cool support or mad dog (nothing in common with my nickname). You made your choice… And deserve this one star.

no one is right. being right depends on the perspective and the thinking of majority. I am not majority I always wanted to do unique stuff and be myself. No one is right nor wrong here. I am helpful and kind person that is what I know. Which is also relative.
The threads point is not being right or wrong. The point is to show what happened and to expand knowledge about all kinds of customers.
I did not want to be the right one, or to be supported by authors or whatever, I opened this thread to show what happens if you talk normally and you don’t try to politely crawl by the clients feet. Also I opened it to show how 1-2 star ratings happen (oh he just couldn’t import the logo and did not try to contact me in a first place)
And the main thing what I would like to say – just don’t buy it then if you don’t know basics. I like normal people, normal clients, normal reacting and REAL communication between people and not butt licking. so NO ONE IS MY KING and CLIENT IS NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. I do understand when the project is bugged I always try to fix it (that happened only once) and every week I support my clients – today I rendered out project because client could not render it because of his slow system.
The whole thing what happened in a basic logic is actually was overreacting of him wanting to be treated like a princess. He is getting a professional animation for a price of two coffee cups. I have lost this customer ? GREAT! I still have plenty of customers who are more capable of understanding creativity and the real worth of template, simple communication and real help. Help is not saying “sorry oh that is my mistake(when it is not)”, help is trying to give examples, links, and researching material which I tried to do, unfortunately it was flagged so no one can see my reply.
If you don’t have drivers license – don’t go to car’s seller asking to teach how to drive it. Thanks.
