I have completed two WordPress sites for my clients and now comes the time to make it in other languages.
Must say Im little scared how this is going to turn out, couse I have deadlines.
I purchased WPML and also considering qtranslate and transposh.
I wish there is in depth tutorial for at least one of this.

what I am trying to say is all this paranoia. In the end you have to be cerful if you mention for example Sony or Adobe in this forum in some context that they dont like and they might take some legal action against you

Silly example, I know – but do you see my point? You don’t have to be a big corporation to be harmed by this, independent photographers / designers could be losing out just as much.

As Collis put it in his post on this:

but you also use adobe logos and social media logos that are actualy included in your download file.

Aren’t we a little paranoid about all this?
I remeber last year there were lots of flyers using Tron movie images in preview file.
In the end I end up renting that movie.
Whats the harm to that movie or company that made it.

Is a gun illegal? One can use a gun to break the law in many creative ways but it still a legal thing since the decision to break the law was made by a human not by the gun. If you record Start Trek is not the fault of the VCR .

This is the logic of our days. Is like after a murder, FBI arrest the owners of the corporation who made the gun used by the assassin. But the assassin is free to go.

But you may say “megaupload owners knew that the website will be used for breaking the law when they create it!”

and the gun makers? They don’t know how the guns will potentially be used by the clients? They made them as lethal as possible, as perfect as possible, to do perfectly one thing: kill other peoples.

So there is intention on making profit from a potential criminal activity, as there is intention in creating a website as megaupload to make money for a potential illegal sharing of copyright material.

everything you said make sense if you consider that profit creates the laws

There is no limit to partner payments or funds received via the US Payment Service. If you’re referring to private loads (not connected to a partner and done directly from our website), there’s a limit of $1,000.00 per day.
