I totally agree. Same thing with unfair rating. Authors have absolutely no chance to defend themselves. Few weeks ago I got one star from a buyer who could not install HTML theme as WORDPRESS. He could give me as well one star because this theme is not a camel! When I asked Envato to remove it because it’s obviously wrong, they told me “Sorry, we can not do this because he didn’t break any rule”. Seriously? I can not comment it anywhere, I can not contact the buyer and the rating comments are not public, so other buyers can’t see why he gave me 1 star. Because of one genius the sale is going down, but who cares, right? So when Envato is going to start protecting the authors?
+1 and Totally agree with you on this.
We want to thank all our customers and Envato for making 1000 sales and help us gain that many clients from all over the world.
We hope to become elite soon.
Thanks for everything.

I think TF can bring more transparency if they
1) Categories reversal weather it falls in “item as not described” or “fraud payment”. Item as not described can easily faught over with paypal and claim can be void unless and otherwise TF staff feels that there is valid problem from buyer side.
2) There should be a Transaction code appearing against each transaction and these should also come up when customer submits support request. This way Author can decide not to give support to customer who has already got reversal.
3) Whatever message customer writes to paypal in case of claim should be available to authors. This way Author can improve any issue with item or the way author works on TF.
