I recently got an email from an AJ client that a video of his in which he used my track “Missing You” is blocked due to copyrighted music. He sent me the link to a youtube video on which somebody sings over my original, and apparently they copyrighted it. Does anybody have an advice to what measures should I be taking to resolve this? Should I contact support about it or just write to YT?
p.s.: I messaged the channel where the video is at explaining the situation nicely, but in the case it fails, I’d like some tips where to take the next step. Thanks in advance.

It’s probably that a reviewer needs second opinion or is doing a more thorough analysis.
I believe it’s not a conflict of licenses, it’s exclusivity agreement you could violate by selling the same track on different platform. The point of being exclusive is that a specific track is unique to this marketplace only. Just my thought.
Yes, great finds! There was a similar thread here somewhere if i recall correctly. Anyhow, here’re a couple I found:
“Your Little Planet Corp” by MusicPremium in iPage ad: click
“A Little on the Wild Side” by Tim McMorris: click (found a bunch from Tim actually :))
One of my tracks in a clip for national auto/moto alliance of Serbia: click
@ Gae47. Denise was one of the most professional, kind and good natured people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. She was just delightful in every way.
We killed her off in a jacuzzi with a power drill, and she was a really good sport about it (she had just come off a James Bond movie and they had tortured her with practical fx and stunts for months, so my movie was a walk in the park by comparison).
I couldn’t have had a nicer experience with her throughout the entire movie. She, like Joshua Jackson, Robert Englund, Jim Caviezel, David Boreanaz, Robert Taylor, Brad Dourif and many others I’ve been lucky enough to direct, made my job easy and enormous fun. Many of the best people I’ve ever met have been cast/crew on my movies.Denise is a great gal and I look forward to the next time our paths cross.
It’s really fun to read all this! Thanks Jamie! Remember “Valentine” quite vividly, even though it was quite long time ago now, enjoyed that with friends very much.
Whoa, huge achievement, congrats PZ!
