as i told you i agreed with the higher price. But i still have the opinion photodune also suffering from the same problem: uncomfortable search engine. And in these categories “popularity” does not really matters. Illustrations and Photo images are not for impulsive buyers. And authors need a huge portfolio to cover wide range for the buyers. What i trie do explain to you >and yes, its related to the price< Envato increased the prices but did nothing with the service.

@Satgur, when i said there is no problem if you dont know marketing thats not a problem. And you dont have to, i meant seriously, without disparagement. And let me tell you something if someone tell you I KNOW marketing just simply ignore it and don’t let yourself amazed. Mostly hanky-panky, i’w seen more swindlers here in this field than an illegal poker club. But they are professionals how to blow big balloons.

@Malchev: Have you tried to see this from the buyer’s aspect as well? Let me show you something: Go to vectors, and type “apple”. All the hits are coming in 80×80 pixels you have to move the mouse 1 by 1 to see a usable size. There is no further feature for selection, lightbox, narrowing etc… Ok, now do what most of your potential buyers do: Go to an “another” place and type “apple” over there. Wooow. see what i mean?
Buyers not only pay for the items here guys. They also pay for the service how effectively they can find that items.
I have no problem with increase the prices, not at all. I agree with that on the author side indeed. But i also have a question: Is there anything became better for the buyers? U know, what i’m sayin’?
