Hello. Can anybody help me? I opened ticket on Envato support, but nothing happened yet. Strange problem I see.

At Junuary I got 71 sales. And as I’m new author (I registered in 2011 but started to sell just in October 2012, and January is my really fantastic month of sales) and I expected that my name will be in “Top New Authors”. But there’s no. Because all my previous sales in January, December etc. are ZERO. Today I got one sale, and it appears in Statement for February. Also now I have 1 sale at January, 1 sale on December etc.

I guess it’s a strange bug. And I hope it will be fixed.

As I didn’t have an answer from support, I ask here. Maybe somebody got same problem before and can help me to understand it?

71 sales of Jan is my but there’s no my name in Top New Authors. My ALL sales in Statement are set to zero. I hope they’ll fix this bug.

I’m typical new author. I started selling at October 2012. had just 29 sales before 2012 in three months…. And I got 71 sales in January. As I understood I had to be first in this list. But there’s no my name. My Statements if sull of zeros. No any sales in any months. I sold NOTHING. I hope it’s a bug and it will be fixed soon.

My small ambition was to become one of “Top new authors”. I was waiting for January. Becuase I started to sell just at october 2012 and almost had no sales, but in January I got over 70 sales. Typical new author with nice sales at one month…. Maybe a best sales of a month for a newcomer… But…. there’s no my name in that list. It’s a pity. Maybe my items are not good. Maybe some other authors are more cool guys even with just 11 sales in January. Don’t know. But it’s the fact. Here’is no me. Not my holidays…..

This month was fantastic! I really wanted to get my first 100 sales before the end January. And it was happen! Thank to all people!

I have just 5 items on GR but plan to add more nice things soon. Hope it will be useful and needful items.
