I wont bet on this. Accordingly to my second variant(from a previous post) there’s some good possibilities the reviewer will let pass his bundle even if he didn’t remove the item inside first.

another point of view

author one: Research, invest time, create, debug and test an item. Upload the item. Some time on main page.

author two: Get couple of previous items, pack them together, upload. Same time on main page.

So who’s the donkey here?

off course I don’t say the author two files, are crap. Both type of authors have files of top quality.
