I am very surprised by the way themeforest reviews the items. unfortunately My theme has been rejected and I just don’t know why : http://demo.acquiathemes.com/acquia/. The reviewer feedback is:

“This is too similar to http://themeforest.net/item/demure-the-demure-charm-of-the-drupal/notes/3942414 which has been taken down due to a DMAC notice.”

Demure was my theme that disabled for a DMCA notice because of using a Logo similar to toopixel.ch. Although we resolved the issued with the complainant but themeforest disabled it forever, freezed the money we earned.

Please tell me what to do.

my item hard disabled for a [language] reason, the layout is heavily inspired by toopixel!

i’m really frustrated, you killed 6 month of my time!

after about 4 days no one gives me any answer, where are themeforest stuffs? as i said we resolved the issue with the complainant and the DMCA is withdrawn by the complainant. why my item is still disabled? also the money is not released?

Now it’s more than 24 hours after that i opened a support ticket but i didn’t receive any answer from themeforest stuffs! although the DMCA is withdrawn completely by the complainant but it’s still disabled on themeforest. it seems that themeforest doesn’t care about it’s authors!

my item was in the top sales of the last week, please give me an answer ASAP.

thanks for your time and effort. some of previous buyers complaining why the download link is not working even they paid for that!

Our layout and branding was stolen, ripped and its being redistributed over your website as template

my recently uploaded theme, named demure just got removed from themeforest, no one gives me an answer why! is this what themeforest provides for authors?

From what I can tell, the reviewer has simply asked you to provide more detailed documentation on how to install your theme properly. Since this all likely came about due to a customer complaint, that’s probably a good thing so that you’ll avoid customer confusion in the future.

after more than 500 sales, one of themeforest reviewers disabled two of my themes for a non convincing reason!
