Confirmed, worked for me too.
However the http://notes.envato.com/general/a-php-wrapper-class-for-the-envato-marketplaces-api/ is still 404 and even with that change does not work.
Same issue and it locks my website, so i have to disable elements from it Please fix. Also the envato api class does not work any more. It has been like 2 months from when it stopped working.
Maybe i am out of the loop, but i was using the https://github.com/JeffreyWay/Envato-Marketplace-API-Wrapper-in-PHP to get functionality out of the API. Now that page is a 404 not found and the class does not work any more.

If the theme’s description tells you that the author offers support and he does not, you can request a refund on the fact that is false advertising. On the other hand authors are humans too, so he might have an issue. I recommend patience
Yes as I saw it was a weekend between. And we had some authors which we replied after 10 minutes but then they returned back after 5 days and demanded immediate support.
That is the point. To have a normal relationship with a customer, i think that answering in the same day is nice, excluding the weekends of course.
From what he described, you answer a question once every 2 days? That is a legitimate problem, how can a customer have a conversation with support if your response time is that long? If i did this, i think that i would have unhappy customers as well. I am not saying that his approach is good by any matter, but you have to pay more attention to your customers, and as you can see it reflects on the ratings.
